At osbina, every piece is made to order just for you. We partner with trusted production partners to bring you designer phone cases that ship straight to your door.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Since each item is custom made, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons.

U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 5–10 business days after processing.

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Occasionally, multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. osbina is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged or you believe it is lost, contact us within 7 days at hello@osbina.com and we'll work to replace it at no cost to you.
