At osbina, we want you to love what you ordered as much as we loved designing it. If something isn't right, we are here to make it right.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
