osbina at the 2026 Columbus Hope Breakfast: Honoring My Mom and Supporting Susan G. Komen's Mission
This February, I attended the 2026 Columbus Hope Breakfast, hosted by Susan G. Komen, Columbus. It was an inspiring morning filled with mission, education, and community, and I'm so grateful to have been part of it.
In March of 2025, I lost my mom to breast cancer. That's why I created the YAYOU collection to honor her memory and support others walking this journey.
The Hope Breakfast brought together survivors, those living with metastatic breast cancer, and supporters for a morning of connection and hope. Guests were welcomed by a pink carpet photo moment, followed by a powerful panel of speakers from The James. We heard stories of hope, learned about the latest in breast cancer research and care, and celebrated the strength of this incredible community.
Why I Created the YAYOU Collection
When I created osbina, I wanted to build an impact brand that supports causes that make a real difference. When I lost my mom to breast cancer, I knew I wanted to create a line that honored her and supported those going through their own journeys, including the communities that show strength and support.
It has been such an incredible honor to be part of the Susan G. Komen family and create a collection that gives back. Every case purchase from the YAYOU collection contributes $5 directly to their work toward research, care, and a cure. We have donated over $1,000 through YAYOU, and events like the Hope Breakfast show exactly where that impact goes.
